About the collection

Collection by Ivonn is a collection for the wāhine who leads. Tailored pieces for wāhine running their own business, leading a team and walking into important rooms, and for the special occasions that deserve more than off the rack.

Every piece carries the same identity as Ivonn Bridal Couture: tailored, considered and made to be worn with mana. It is designed to sit alongside our bridal work rather than apart from it.

Terms of purchase

Thank you for supporting Collection by Ivonn. Each piece is made to order in limited numbers. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Prices of products

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
  • The total price you pay, including GST where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • All prices are valid at the time of display but may be subject to change without notice.

Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your piece.
  • Payment plans are available if arranged with us directly before you order.
  • Your order is confirmed, and production of your piece begins, once payment has been received.
  • Payments made via bank transfer must be made to the account provided, with your invoice number and full name included as reference.
  • As places in each limited release are limited, invoices not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled and the place released to the next customer.
  • Your piece remains the property of Ivonn Bridal Couture until payment has been received in full.

Made to order, preorders and limited release

  • Every piece in Collection by Ivonn is made to order especially for you and sold as a preorder.
  • Please allow the timeframe shown on the product page. For The Weaved Blazer, this is 10 to 11 weeks once preorders close. Timeframes are an estimate, and we will keep you updated if anything changes.
  • Limited release pieces are made in small numbers and are available only while places remain. Once a release is full, no further orders will be taken.
  • As each piece is made to order in small numbers, slight variations in fabric, weave, colour or detail placement may occur. These are part of the individual character of your piece and are not considered faults.

Sizing

  • Sizes are shown on each product page. These pieces are tailored and the sizing is smaller than many are used to, so please measure yourself and check the size guide before placing your order, or contact us if you would like advice on fit.
  • Your size cannot be changed once production has begun, and size exchanges are not available on made to order pieces.
  • Where a piece is made to your measurements, please check your measurements carefully before you confirm them.

Returns and exchanges

  • As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
  • If you receive a piece that is genuinely faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Once assessed and confirmed, Ivonn Bridal Couture will offer a repair, replacement or refund.
  • Shipping fees are non refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the piece is confirmed faulty.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Alterations and changes

  • Alterations are not included in the purchase price and will be charged separately if required.
  • Changes to style, fabric or sizing cannot be made once production has begun. Any customisation requests made after confirmation of your order may incur additional costs.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment, and before production has begun, will be refunded in full.
  • After this time, as your piece is being made especially for you, payment is non refundable and the order cannot be cancelled.

Delivery and collection

  • Orders are sent with tracking within Aotearoa and to Australia.
  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays. Ivonn Bridal Couture is not liable for delays beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information. Additional costs may apply if details change after order confirmation.
  • Collection from our atelier at 118 Hastings Street, Napier South is available by appointment.

International orders, taxes and duties

  • All international parcels may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes as determined by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Ivonn Bridal Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges incurred on international shipments.

Care and responsibility

  • Once your order has been shipped or collected, Ivonn Bridal Couture is released from any responsibility for damage, loss, alterations, or care issues, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Please follow the care instructions provided with your piece to ensure its longevity.

Agreement

By paying your invoice or completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
