Ivonn Bridal Couture – Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Payment Details: For all Ivonn Bridal Couture product sales, if you choose to pay a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due upon shipment or pickup.

  1. Prices of Products
  • All prices are valid at the time of display but may be subject to change without notice.
  • The final purchase price will be confirmed at checkout or via invoice.

2. Change of Mind

  • As all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • We take great pride in the quality of our kākahu and carefully inspect each item before dispatch.
  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us within 2 days of receipt with photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Once we assess and confirm the product is faulty, we will offer an exchange, repair, or refund at our discretion.
  • Unless a product is confirmed to be faulty, shipping fees and any rush fees cannot be refunded. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Each product is custom-made to order. Production typically takes up to 6-7 weeks, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.
  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors (e.g., carrier delays, customs). Ivonn Bridal Couture is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Pickup Orders

  • We are preparing your kākahu for pickup! ✨
  • As each product is made to order, the lead time is typically up to 6-7 weeks. We will contact you shortly to arrange a convenient time for pickup.
  • Please make sure to contact us for any urgent needs, and we will try to accommodate you where possible.

6. Customer Obligations

  • Please provide the correct shipping address, as the shipping cost is quoted based on the provided address. If your address changes, please notify us immediately, as additional charges may apply.
  • Please provide accurate information (e.g., shipping address, measurements, and contact details) to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
  • You are responsible for tracking your parcel upon dispatch and for timely collection or receipt.
