Ivonn Bridal Couture – Returns and Refund Policy
At Ivonn Bridal Couture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we are committed to providing excellent service. As all our kākahu are made to order, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and refunds.
1. Change of Mind
- Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
- We carefully inspect each product before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. You will need to provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
- Once we assess and confirm that the product is faulty or damaged, we will offer a solution, such as an exchange, repair, or refund, at our discretion.
3. Returns Process
- If a product is faulty, we will provide instructions on how to return it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- We recommend using a tracked service to return items as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
- If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Fees
- Please note that unless a product is faulty, shipping fees and rush fees are non-refundable.
6. Custom Orders
- For custom orders, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.
